I have been an lg customer for a while now, but have never really been happy, either for its performance or price. I think their products are cheap due to the low quality of materials used.
I bought an Air Conditioner about 2 years back. Worked fine. Their after sales service are the most pathetic ever. If yu look for support fom the company, its as good as driving your nerves to the end of their teether.
I put in a complaint on the 8th of Dec 2008 for my air conditioner. It is now almost 6 months and my air conditioner is still not working.
I have complained time and time again, but to no avail. It is a very sad state of affair at their Service center(Gen Next) managed by a MR Vimesh. Repeated calls, and there is never any answer.
I got 2 more numbers from the call center for a Mr Vaibhav Vartak and a Mr Harish Suri. They too never answer their phones.
Desperatedly, I have purchased a new O General Air conditioner now and I promise never to buy any LG product ever.
