People selling detox have 0 knowledge on setting up the machine. and run away just after buying it. and well known problem of not picking up the service call.
I was badly in need of a air purifier, so I booked for a demo through internet, the sales man said there are no demo machines, so I thought it is fine to bring a piece to buy, the machine was already open and had many scratches on the surface, and had no plastic cover over the actual machine to say it as a new piece, still the sales man is arguing .fine. known bad.(good thing I never paid anything), I gave him another chance but repeated exactly the same(his department is bad or his attitude is bad I dont know)
Suddenly, a call from another branch came and promised for a fresh piece, and they did. while showing demo, the machine was shaking in demo mode, when asked for reason, they say it will get set as time goes, but when enquired and clarified with nirbhai singh(another reviewer), they did not fix the filters properly, moment it is fixed the machine started working without shaking.
Nirbhai Singh’s problem got fixed after escalating the service. he gave a good comment that his machine is now working properly. I explained it to the service people the same.
The detox machine was seem to be working but gave a weird smell, and suffocating. when asked for the same during demo, again the same answer it will get ok by time. fine I thought .( I was bad)
Later the problem continued, one day I suffered from high fever of about 106. when I enquired about the same with apollo, the doctor said it is because of lung infection.
Detox became very dangerous to life, later with medications I recovered after 4 weeks(1 month). When again asked for refund of the money, since no service people have the knowledge on the machines properly. one person came from service( after using a superredial android tool to call them:)) .
Eureka service request escalation mechanism through web is buggy and does not allow me to escallate, that is a dummy tool beware.
