PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE HAS ILLITRATES AS CCE

I have read the comments of people regarding Philips and I was not at all convinced with them and their comments. So I called the PHILIPS CUSTOMER CARE and after a long wait got a customer care executive. When I asked him in English{as I was speaking to him in English} about the demo of the AIR PURIFIER. In his broken English he replied, "when did you by the product?".  was shocked and again asked him this time in Hindi. He again asked me the same question. I was totally annoyed and disconnected the phone. Clearly goes to show that people’s opinion here against Philips is totally valid and the brand has gone down the drain.
