Not worth purchase

Ear Philips Customer Care


Your service is purely a fraud. Your rude and unprofessional technicians come and falsely state that problem is resolved without actually doing so. This has happened second time now.


But this time I took due care and recorded the video of your technician with his data sheet.


To give you the account of services and your fraud, I may tell you that your filter has erroneous working and when started it shows two blue lines instead of working. On repeatedly, pressing on and off, it starts working. This has been going on right after the purchase was made by me.


I had filed a complaint with you but nobody visited my home. I again filed a complaint on 7th July 2016. The complaint number was 60-0002824626. However, it was not resolved.


Subsequently, I filed one more complaint 60-0002980230. Again the same was closed without resolving the issue.


I filed one more complaint on 29th September 2016 with the reference number 60-0003774332. However, again the same has been closed by you despite not resoling the problem. I even sent an email in response of the same at this email id to tell that the problem was not resolved ON 6th October 2016. However, I have not received any reply from your end till date.


When I press start button, it doesnt start on many occasions but the filter works on some occasions and it starts working after repeated switch on and off. The technician stated that it was problem of filter reset and after doing so he said that problem was solved. But it’s not the case. Problem has nothing do do with reset.


This time, I have recorded his video too in which he has clearly stated that he would send his senior to solve the problem and he didn’t do so. Despite that you have closed the complain even without verification from me. The problem exists from long and I am unable to use the filter.


I am attaching two videos to show the problem and evident that problem is not of reset.


This kind of fraudulent activity is the reason that Philips as brand is losing its customer base. You don’t want to provide good service then there is no reason why we would purchase your product.
