DO NOT EVER RELY ON VIDEOCON SERVICE CENTERS. THEY CAN GIVE YOU THE TIME, SUGGESTIONS AND NOT THE SOLUTIONS WITHIN WARRANTY TIME PERIOD.
I bought a new Videocon Inverter system on the Date 25/04/2010. I got a problem with the inverters functionality from the date 29th. logged complaint on 2nd May 2010. then again logged complaint 3 times more but till date videcon people didnt put there efforts to come to my home and check the problem, an even you can never expect any sort of solution except call log. NO one replies you, They keep your call for hold of minimum 20 Minutes always.
Whenever I used to track my call log details I used to get reply that "your address is not correct", And I stay in city 10 Minutes walkable from Local train station Dombivli In MUMBAI. And even if unable to locate the address, technician don’t bother to call and ask the address.
I have been Given three Call Log Number
1 THA0205100003
2 THA0405100762
3 THA0205100043
but still I have got no solution the system is not working.
Bought the inverter from Vendor dont picks up the call and tells " once sold cannot be taken return back".
the Fraud vendor name is Suresh Electronics 9325367550, 932213603, 9324260079, 9323243822. all these numbers belong to the vendor.
Lets see does anyone solves my problem or not
