The Sukam engineer has not returned back from last 2 months after taking out my sukam ups chipcard. I reside in Haldwani & according to the engineer he has sent the chipcard to Meerut at their service centre for rectification. Initially he was saying that it will be corrected in 2 to 3 days but its almost 2 months and I am getting false assurances from the engineer & the service centre.
Although Sukam is a famous company but such type of bad service experiences defame it. Its rather a cheating. The company should improve its service or it should not sell its products it areas where it can not provide good service. A company is ranked according to the quality of its products and more importantly the service it provides to its customers.
