Guys. I hope you all know how girls LOVE to be spoilt, and constantly showered with affection. Now down to business, the stuff you wanna buy for, I’m presuming, is from 50-2000 bucks. It may be for ANY occasion. So here goes.
- *Average Sized Earrings**(Grand or otherwise): you can get them from
any fancy store or our local pondy bazaar(for chennaiites, this one). It can cost you anywhere from 20 to 200 bucks(depending on how the earring is and how well you can bargain).
*SILVER jewelry**(please avoid gold if you don’t wanna burn a crater in your pocket; besides, silver is IN right now!), that includes a ring or again an earring or a bracelet. Cost is variable, according to the place you go to and the stuff you buy(Taking your sister along is DEFINITELY a great idea!).
A **book**, depending on her choice.
A **watch**: If you wanna go for an unbranded but cute one, you’ll get it in anywhere from 250-1000 bucks.
A **showpiece**, depending on your choice.
Guys, **clothes** are a strict no-no(IN CASE you don’t know her size:P), cos you will never know which ones she’s comfy with and which ones will fit her. So better get her something like a STOLE, which is a bold style statement. Best of all, it goes with ANY kinda funky dress.
*Teddy Bear or any cute cuddly stuff**: Women go absolutely crazy about these is already a known fact. Price depends on where you get the stuff from. If it’s a place like archies, expect to spend more than 500 bucks to 2 K most definitely.
A small **booklet** which you’ve written, say a compilation of a few poetries(on her of course!)/short stories.
*Flowers**: girls just LOVE getting flowers. Daisies are better if she’s just your friend(my favourite flower too!), and roses if she’s a bit more than just that!
10.** Perfumes**: Depends on how well you understand what kinda flavour she likes, whether its musk, or spice or flowery. Price range: 100-2000 bucks.
*A popular music collection**, depending on what kinda music she likes; whether its hindi/english or whatever language oldies, pop, rock, whatever it is. Its a sure winner!
*Chocolates**: Needs no introduction! Stuff like Ferrero Rocher wins hands down!
Nice **handmade** cards: Handmade cards show that you are really ready to take out time for her to make a cute li’l card for her(even the you might end up messing your hands and the place). You can refer to websites like https://artattack.co.uk for this, or practically anything from the Internet. Also, you can give it a nice funky side by writing in a good font, which you might get from the internet. The ones I like are Zitcream, 4 my lover, and B surfers. Google it and voila! The GOOD thing about this you really don’t have to be too neat and it might be quite difficult to find out if you actually messed up.
A quiet walk on the Beach(YES, I know its not technically a "gift", but i’ll put it on the list anyway!).(for Chennaiites, I’d suggest Marina Beach, probably a packet of sundal/molaga bajji to go with it!)
