What a terrible mistake this place is. Not only is the resort third class, the staff is much worse. Never have I encountered such a disrespectful, disinterested and disgraceful set of professionals. We were going to be in Manori for only a day and had made all bookings on the phone so as to ensure minimum wastage of time. Making the bookings were enough of a pain in the behind but we got there and realized that they had given us incorrect information about their packages!
The promised package did not exist, the staff did not care that they were the ones who provided us with wrong information, and we were rudely told that we were free to go elsewhere if we weren’t happy. A call to the equally uninterested owner made us realize where this attitude stems from.
One look at the joke of a swimming pool which was too disgusting to set foot in, the terrible breakfast ‘buffet’ and the rest of the mis-advertised resort; and we unanimously agreed that it would be much better to leave than to waste our day in this pathetic mistake of a place. Best decision we ever made- We found Manori bel 5 minutes away. A little slice of heaven at roughly the same price, and boy do those people know how to treat their guests! I’m glad that Palm beach resort turned out to be such a terrible place- had the staff not been so rude and difficult, we might have made the mistake of staying there and would have never discovered the magic of Manori bel.!
