Just been to this place(end Apr 2010).Lovely place to relax. However the packages that include food are ridiculous.The food is just a waste& the timings are unimaginable.everything is full of oil.The owners need to desperately rethink this.B/fast only starts past 9 am.What do early risers do????Lunch is served only after 1.30 pm & dinner only at around 10 pm.If you have children or oldies, your doomed!!!Instead of serving you a good quality Lunch or dinner, they fill you up with at least 4 starters(all normally fried).If you’re staying for more than a day, you are SICK of food on the second day itself!!
Also beware of getting any information on the phone from the resort.They can be very misleading.There is a Mr. Mathew over there. I recommend you speak only to him.The girls keep on changing & have very little knowledge.You will land up with a lot of surprises once you reach there, like I did.The staff are very courteous, but the owner( Ashley ) is not very approachable. In fact, he shouted at me when I approached him with a genuine problem.I wonder where in the world this would be tolerated!!
This resort has many rules but very few are followed. Especially about Swim suits.they allowed women with blouses & shorts in the pool even though they specify only swimwear allowed. also everyone brings their own food & drinks( which is a good thing) although their rules specify.
NO outside food & drinks.
