Chopsticks opened up in Pune recently. After its success in Mumbai, I was very eager to try out this eating paradise in Pune.
We chose the last day of our exams to chill out and try this new place. I went with a couple of friends, and was really amazed at the difference in appearence from the outside and the inside! Outside, all you can see is a sad door, while inside, the ambience is set to perfection. From the music to the murals, its all perfect! Although the choice of Veg. food is limited, its worth a try nonetheless.
Being a little hard on cash, we had opted for the lunch buffet (which cost us about Rs. 100/- per head). In that we got more than we had bargained for! Soup...Main course comprising of Noodles, Rice, 2 salads, choice of veg/non veg manchurian, and then a generous dollop of ice cream! A true delight! As it was a buffet, I will not be able to comment on the service or the time taken to prepare the food, but even All I can say is : The Food is Excellent! If you have a pallet for Good CHINESE cuisine, try this...you won’t repent!
