One of the most old and famous restaurent in the city gwalior is chotiwala. The have been going to this restaurent since my childhood.Earlier the food quality in this restaurent for just awesome. And the surrounding inside the restaurent was fine too.Few days ago, when I went in that restaurent. And ordered a butter panner masala, chapati, dal makhni and some salad. They took nearly 30 minutes to serve the food even when there was no rush and when I ate the food. I found that the panner was so tight and even the chapati too.I even complaint about the food quality.but they said that food they have cooked is all fresh and didn’t cared about it’s customers. I was really very much regreting on my decision to had dinner that night.Overall.i am really very much dissappointed by the hotel’s service and food quality.
