We purchased two cars from M/s Chowgule Industries, Pune - Omni Van in 2005 and Maruti Versa in 2007. Maruti van was sold in 2007. Both these vehicles have been serviced and repaired at their Service Station. I have found their Service Station excellent and rating factors are shown below( Here I am limiting my ratings only to Service Centre and not to Show Room or Sales Department where my experience is different.)
PLUS POINTS:
(1) Technical facilities - Outstanding(2) Management Support - Excellent(3) Behaviour of technical staff with customers - Outstanding(4)Time commitments in terms of delivery - Excellent(5) Cost estimates - Nearly accurate - variation of 1%or 2%(6) Follow up for next servicing / Phone calls / SMS / letters - Excellent(7) Credibility in terms of safety of the servicing and spare parts - Outstanding(8) Location - Good( Although some customers may find it little far away.) But they have provided shuttle service from Service Centre to Show Room.
All the Service Engineers are well qualified and customer friendly. They always give useful tips to customers for enhancing performance of the vehicle. Although all of them are good I have to mention name of one Service Engineer Mr. Sachin Deshpande who has shown excellent dedication in his work and good commitment in his performance
MINUS POINTS:
Washing Centre facilicty - Reasonably good but improvement desired as compared to professional washing centres.
