I was with my family in the first week of May 2018, from the stage of enquiry to exit the experience was the best so far I have to say, I am a frequent traveller and have stayed in lots of hotels and resorts, but non like this one, its located in mist of a forest but at the same time with all facilities, best for Naturalist and Nature Loving people, will all kinds of trees and wild life . Mr. Adill, he is an Arab from Egypt the first world power in ancient times, is the owner of this place, our encounter was rather unusual, we checked in and he was standing in the third floor balcony with a coffee mug, I asked him what is your review, he promptly said not to stay, bad hotel, I did not realize he was the owner, but on the tour to the suit he joined and made us very comfortable . This place has all that one could look for utmost service, very cool rooms, great homemade breakfast, nearby hotels serving traditional Kerala food, walk able to thekeddy boating pick up point, parking and you won’t believe his wife is German and is in charge for homemade cheese, jam, bread, pickle and the works, she is of great help to adill made for each other. One more important aspect of the hotel USP is the swimming pool – man located in the 5th floor roof surrounded by trees to that height, mountains and chill weather, sometimes drizzling, my son froze for nearly 15 minutes, my self did not experience any thing like this, its cool drive of 9 hours from Bangalore its located just after kumuly and thekeddy border. There are few suggestions from the perspective of an Indian family if you could have a small section of Indian cooks who can serve Indian food restaurant timings, that will fill the stomach and we would be happy. The rest is world class unmatchable price.
