Mr. SRIDHARAN A, an associate professor of Management Studies in Christ University, has no basic etiquettes to speak. He holds three decades of experience so he thinks he rules the world. I went there for my Executive MBA interview. I hold three years of work experience. The website states the eligibility criteria to have two or more years of work experience. However, Mr. SRIDHARAN disrespected me and ordered me to JUST GO as they want candidates with minimum of 8 years of experience in the managerial level for this course. When I mentioned that the website states 2 years of eligibility, he screamed and said that is eligibility, however, they not interested in people with less than 8 years of work experience. Moreover, the application stated that my parents don’t earn well. And seeing that he had the darence to say "Your family background is not good" What the hell, does he mean by that? There is a way to put things across.
He could have said, "Your family is financially weak." I would have admitted it. When he himself doesn’t have the basic etiquettes in place, what will he teach students. Things didn’t stop there, this man is insane.

I am just sharing my experience. I leave the judgment to people who read it.
