I think this is for the hospital and I am writing my experience for the hospital. I dont know about college, academic issues and student life.
My experience was when I was a 90-year-old grandmother A junior doctor, not sure if he was in his final year or had passed his exams, tried to take blood samples. He could not find the veins. And he ignored my grandmother, seeing her only as a subject. He failed 3 times.
My mother intervened and said why dont a senior nurse try to take blood samples. He scolded my mother in English, “This is what old people do. If you dont like it, get treatment elsewhere”.
CMC is good not only for the poor, but for cases tagged as "critical but not urgent". If your treatment is complicated and needsy, then youre screwed. Doctors for you, depends on your luck.
