I am really upset with the treatment given by Dr. RUBY JOSE. My wife is pregnant and is taking treatment at CMC hospital. We have got a special card which means senior doctor will treat you. Initially Dr. Ruby Jose was on leave and hence there was another doctor(Dr.Vinotha) on behalf of her.
Dr.Vinotha was good as well as friendly but we had tough time going through formalities. For everything you need to spend hours of time right from taking an appointment to buying medicines. This is the only hospital where I was waiting for more than 2 hrs to get tablets. They give you a token number and I don’t know what algorithm they use to call them. They randomly call and if you are lucky you may called soon. The staffs are very rude. They treat you as if they are doing charity. Though I was not very comfort I felt doctor is fine and hence the treatment will be fine. But here comes the shock.
Dr. Ruby Jose(Senior doctor?) is back on work and she consulted my wife. My wife blood sugar level is little high and she spoke to her in very rude manner. In last visit it was high but my wife is on diet and trying her level best to control it. This time it was little high and DOCTOR RUBY JOSE SAID
DO YOU NEED A ABNORMAL BABY?
YOU BABY WILL DIE
I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE IF SOMETHING HAPPENS TOMORROW
DON’T ASK ME ANY QUESTION
Is this the way a doctor will speak to a patient? If its really serious you should inform that this would affect child but I don’t think so its very serious since they haven’t given her any tablets or asked her to take injection. They just said to follow the diet. My wife is really upset and I am cooling her down. Her confidence level is low after this episode. IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENT?
I really don’t know how come you can deal a patient like this? I am not going to CMC hospital again. The only reason I chose this hospital because I heard good things about it and its in my native town. But now I am gonna switch to another hospital.
Dr. RUBY JOSE if you reading this WILL YOU SPEAK IN THE SAME WAY TO YOUR DAUGHTER OR YOUR FRIEND / RELATIVE? You are not a doctor. I mean it really.
Friends please please please avoid this DOCTOR. If you ready to deal with other administration issues with this hospital please consult any doctor apart from Dr. RUBY JOSE.
