First off, it was way too expensive! The family size pizza did not feed my family and we had to go grocery shopping afterward because we were still real hungry.
We ordered the fun saver and there were not enough tokens or food. The mechanical band was really old and on the edge of breaking down. However, the sign did state they were going to build a new chuck e cheese nearby with a much better new and improved mechanical band.
ChuckE hardly even glanced at my 4 year old when he tried to greet him. I had to stand and wave a whole bunch before he waved back. Then a birthday party started and he shook all their hands instead. The kids not in the party obviously are second hand news! Then my four year old didnt understand why there were two chuckies. I explained that one was his brother.
The games were ok. But the car race I had to screw the screws back into the steering wheel to be able to play.
I did like that you could compete against a friend, however.
I enjoyed the jet ski game and it was cheaper than in my town which costs a dollar to ride and at chuckEs it cost only .50 cents. The photo with chuckE ride was really great, though. They have a token slot that you put tokens in and hope and pray that some extra tokens will fall off...they never do. I saw a little girl put all her money in there and get nothing..How disappointing. If you dont watch the kids good they will get suckered in like gambling!
The little dinky prizes are exactly that. But it is nice to go home with a little something after all that money spent. I preferred the pictures we took home from the photo ride better. However, the girl at the prize counter did let some kids slide for a bigger prize (even she knows its a rip!).
The play house is pretty big and fun and doesnt cost a thing.
I didnt have salad bar and probably wouldnt want to as it didnt appear to have much.
If I ever go again I will order a different token deal from the token machine and pizza separate. I will wait for the new one to be built...but alas the prices will probably go up!
