I bought a chumbak backpack few months back. I thought it will be worth it for the price but then the bag tore in just 2 days. It not only happened to be but it also happened to my friend. Very disappointing to see this. This is not at all what I expected from chumbak. I thought it is one of the best brands. The bag couldn’t even be repaired. It was in such a stage! It is also over priced and the quality is useless. Unless you improve your products will fail to compete in the market
Please take necessary actions so that customers don’t face the same issues. My friends and I have decided never to buy from Chumak again!!
