When Chutneys opened at Nagarjuna Hills, Hyderabad it was brilliant. Infact it was the first decent high end restaurant (apart from tiffins or Kamats) where you could get very good south-indian dishes (Dosa, idlis, uttapam, etc).
But now, its not more value for me. The prices have gone up crazy and the servings have become small. Imagine a steam dosa so small that my 6 year old average size daughter can finish. The regular masala dosa is not only thin- but also small. The Idlis are flattened enough to be called - set dosa :-(( . The only plus at this time is their Chutneys are still as tasty as it always was.I think they should not do both - increase the prices and reduce the serving :-(( I wish someone is listening as I am very fond of Chutneys. It was always worth the wait to get your turn, but now its not remaining so.
