My stay was very comfortable in Ooty as the resort was very beautiful. I got a very economical deal from chuttipechutti as the room rates are very high during the season. I would rate my experience as very good and will definitely recommend.
The service provided by the holiday advisor was good. The only obstacle is asking for Demand draft as handling charges as it is painful to make DD.

I had reservations about the facility before, however when I stayed in Sterling Holidays in Lonawala, I found it very good. I got a call from your advisor regarding Platinum Circle and he explained me all the details without hiding anything. I enrolled for this plan and I got a welcome kit well within 7 working days. About trip, I planned this trip month before trip dates and Chutti Pe Chutti helped me a lot setting up feasible dates after initial glitches of booking issues. I booked Sterling Holidays for 4nights in Ooty and reached the destination as per plan. In Sterling, I was welcomed with welcome drink and I got accommodated in comfortable room. During my stay, the breakfast was complimentary which was inclusive of south Indian and fruit plan and juices. We missed variety in food here. Resort is very well located and the staff is very cooperative. Unfortunatly, I could not enjoy site seeing on last 2 days of trip since it was raining very heavily in Ooty. I took lunch in Sterling on last 2 days and found it quite expensive. Also, variety in food was lacking. Same thing for Dinner. Overall, I feel the stay in Ooty was well organized. The stay provided by Discover India was satisfactory and I would love to enroll again next year with the same plan. Platinum Circle and Discover India has great future ahead with no doubts.

I am one of the customers of the platinum circle. I had availed my two domestic holiday vouchers of 2 nights 3 days each. We were three altogether i.e.myself, my wife and my son. We had been to Kodaikanal from 17th October to 19th October. We were given stay at Sterling Valley View resorts. Kodai itself is a wonderful place for holidaying, and the stay at Sterling was a boon in itself. The staff at this resort is excellent. The ambiance, rooms, view and food too are good. Needless to say we enjoyed a lot at Kodai. We were in Munnar from 19th October to 21st October at Green Ridge Hotel. The rooms of the hotel were good, food was O.K. The hotel was in the city, so we saved on conveyance. Munnar is a beautiful place with green carpet of tea gardens all over. We were wrong in choosing this month for these two places as it is cloudy and misty during this period in South Indian Hill Stations. But even then it was a good experience and we enjoyed a lot at both the places. We were given good attention, maybe because we were platinum circle members.
We are happy that we became platinum circle members as no where in India can a person enjoy such a great holiday at low budget. THANKS, PLATINUM CIRCLE FOR THIS. I AM FULLY SATISFIED.
