I wanted to make a booking for a holiday. I called up there office in March and wanted to make booking for April 2014. They told me to send a voucher along with DD. There were 3 preference in locations.
I made only one preference as I was planning Allapey as the location. After sending the booking voucher on 14th March 2014, I did not get any reply till 27th. When I called up they say your application is rejected for not applying for 3 preferred locations. They also said booking is closed for April. I don’t know if I will get that DD back. This is cheating. I need some help to sort the problem.
I am planning to file a complaint against them. Need help!
