Facility about Company
Ciberspring is the worst company in Bangalore.Please don’t join. Employee strength is 4 and there is no basic needs for employee. Sometimes water won’t be coming in restrooms.
There won’t be proper power back up.You won’t get salary properly in every month.
Management
Naveen is an Operational Manager for India, appointed by Onsite people. He has only 2 years experience in the IT industry and he is a really waste guy, who doesn’t know anything about company management.
Employer Behavior with Employee
If you put down the papers, they will deduct your tax, more without proper reason.
They will behave very locally with employees.If you are not going for the marriage or any functions invited by Naveen or the Accountant, they will behave locally with employees.
If you have plans to join Ciberspring, better you can be at home and do freelancing.
If you complaint about India management to onsite people, they won’t take any decision.
Onsite people will take work from you, but they won’t give any benefits.They will expect you to work 24x7 everyday. No company off and benefits.
Work Timings
You need to work in second shift. Sometimes late night, but they give cab.
Really I suffered a lot.Please don’t join.
