Cignattk customer care is not working nobody is taking call on 022-61676600 to fix up a medical test, also cignattk customer care helpline at 1-800-10-24462 number is so pathetic that after few minutes during taking call drops.2, 3 times one person said that he will arrange a call back with in 24 hours but nobody is calling me.! .i have to complete the paper work before 12th sep 2017 since it is a porting policy from star health.i payed the money 20114 rs on 28th august for porting my policy.such a pathetic service from cignattk after just paid my money., if cignattk can’t even do this then how will be your dealing’s during hospital admissions.!if cignattk can’t do it just refund my money.that’s all .
nobody is contacting no replies to emails I send to cignattk .very irresponsible act from them.call centre staffs are so arrogant that they will put around 3 to 4 minutes on hold for verification purpose.and they always stick on to their statement that they tried to contact me but not reachable.Proposal Number PROHLR290004355
