I recently discovered Cigna TTK Health Insurance through an online portal and was pleasantly surprised to see that they only sell their policies online, no physical presence required from the customer and all the formalities will be done via online. However, the problem is they are not efficient in their dealings and always find loopholes in their clients claim settlement. The staff is bad and always want more evidences from their customer. Since they dont deal physically and it is easy for them to cheat.
