Cigna TTK is a company which spends a lot on advertisement. They sell their policy online. However they are only interested in making more customers. In end they will always find a technical loop holes to decline your claims. That to no fault of the customer. They haunted me to take the Policy for my Mother who was turning 65 years & said we are the only one offering the mediclaim policy to senior citizen with all pre aliments covered. All forms to be filled online, absolutely no Human touch. So if any error is made in declaration, thats it you are duped. They will not advise you. I did filled up the forms for My mother & stated her Cancer treatment 20 years back & also she had no sickness at that time. Later during next 2 years they asked her to do periodic check up which we sent all the reports to Cigna as it was done in their designated clinic. They asked us to pay additional Load for Diabetic, even it was not detected and our Doctor stated its at broderline. Now after 2 years in policy when she was admitted for Chest pain & had undergone Angiography & CAD, I climed only for Angiography for initial hospitalization. Now they decline the claim stating that we never stated she had High Blood Pressure( dont know where they made this discovery) If its not on any previous Medical reports done by Cigna in past 2 years then how come we did not disclose it then why they dint advise us when we submitted the reports earlier. Phones are attended by several call center Employees so basically you never deal with concerned person & the communication is very bad. I feel Cheated by this company. So every one be careful.
