I took policy for family - wife and 2 kids 3 years back excluding myself wanted to ad y name in 2019 as I was uncovered by company. however inspite multiple communication no response it was back in Jul - Aug 2019, there after after renewal of existing policy message came as I need to do it before next renewal, I had requested for address change as well as I shifted from Chennai to Bangalore, submitting AADHAR card proof but nothing was done. renewal was due in mid July, I started communicating them well ahead in May 2020, however no response and no phone calls were attended giving reason of Covid, finally got quote and paid the premium for 4 members for Rs36000/- then after 8 days again a revised payment request for 5000/- came mentioning my wife also diabetic: however that was declared 5 years back itself, after sending mail again no response and they processed the card and policy document and send it to old address only even after repeated 15-20 mails on the same subject, finally after getting fed up I asked them o keep old policy for wife and 2 kids only so that I can have separate policy for myself, however they cancelled complete policy and returned 27000 in-place of 36000 paid.
Very much frustrating experience as I was getting emails from 5 of their departments each time I raise query and no connection between each one, they have not replied for short payment they made so far, there is no option below one star to these use less policy provider keep away, do not believe rating is other portals which are goody goody with the provider.
