I have purchased a jacket that was worst in quality and also was under sized. I returned the article and process request of refund in the bank. They sent back message that amount would be credited in your wallet. I checked Wallet balance again and again which was showing 0 balance. I sent mails so many times but all went in vein and they didn’t respond me back. I warn in the interest of public kindly think 100 times before purchasing anything from CILORY. They are bad in behaviour and service.
