When you open the site cilory.com or it’s app you will get to see a wide collection of clothes with very unique designs that will appeal you to buy. Same happened with me I got stucked at a tshirt and ordered it. My order was pre paid. The delivery was on time but the main story starts from here.
When I opened the box I saw that there was a huge difference in colour and quality was too poor. The colour shown in the picture was very bright and what I got was very dull and fadded which gave a impression of used up material. I immediately contacted the customer care team. They said that there will be a slight difference in colour due to photoghaphic effect and they further said the quality was checked by the authorised team before despaching. They denied to refund my money back. This site is just not trust worthy.
