Never go to CIMS

Absolutely bogus behavior - empathy is missing at all for patient’s requirements. Humanity is absolutely absent. Don’t deserve to b in the profession which needs sensibility. I want to give minus marking....not a single star even.

Those who are already suffering from the disease which doesn’t have cure available in the medical market, PLEASE DO NOT GO TO CIMS. THEY ARE VERY SURE OF THEIR FAILURE.

My niece was admitted in PICU who was a special child caring Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA-2), got trapped in Pneumonia. She was having severe breathing issues when admitted. Dr. Rajesh & team was very much desperate for her need for a ventilator in near future. Admin staff was pathetic. Nursing staff was reluctant to even attend to the word of patient. YouTube videos & sleep were more important in PICU. Absolutely ZERO CONCERN felt for the patient. They were constantly torturing with asking repeatedly about our capacity to do expense for her!

My niece was feeling too much cold & asked for a blanket. Two were given. Still, she was feeling cold. When asked for one more, nursing staff stated very rudely. "2 to aapya"!!

Along with Pneumonia treatment, Chest PT was very crucial for her. When asked Dr. Shivani (Physio) there, was busy to sit idle at OPD where no patient was there & thinking of a round time which was at 3 pm though she didn’t move till 3.12 pm until I shout on (after waiting for more than 30 minutes). I believe she was capable of the treatment of physio my niece needed but she was there for protocol only. Timely proper Chest PT was best for her which could not get at CIMS.

At the last breath while my niece was trying various positions with help of us for some relaxation in breath, my niece had asked for a soup to try a bit more which we requested (no nursing staff/doctor was around to even see her). While requesting to make it hurry considering the severity of her breathing issues, nursing staff told it’s a protocol that you take atleast half an hour to reach. You can’t go to ask it in hurry. My niece could not have a spoon of soup before she took her last breath and we were helpless like.

When her respiratory goes down to 0 and she lost her sense almost, we shouted to have help of doctors. No one was available there. Shouted and then they came in compulsion for their so called protocol!

CPR treatment started as a last protocol which should be for 30 minutes but it was not done for 30 minutes.

After her departure when I requested if her eyes can b donated, Dr. Rajesh in a very cool mood stated, you should have told it earlier ("e to tamare pahela kahevu pade"). When I told that you people have not told me earlier that I will lose her here, he called for eye donation.

Dr. Amit was very desperate to get us purchased CPAP machine at home & done marketing very well & torture us with even sending marketing person to us while niece was very much in trouble. Absolutely business game!! Shame on you all.

They have a tagline, Patient First CIMS Always...I MUST SAY...PATIENT LAST, NEVER CIMS...

This feedback is not because I lost my niece. It is for some niece who could be saved somewhere else!

Doctors who are given the name of God CAN NOT DO THIS...SHAME ON YOU TEAM CIMS. Be sensible towards Life.
