Ctci Inida is a great EPC company originated from Taiwan based. India office is in noida sec-62, it deals as EPC consultants and now they are growing their man power too. The total employees were arround 120+ in Jan 2010. Their main business is in power sector.
As being an Taiwan based the work pressure is some more as compare to US\UK based
MNC’s. in korea, china based office you will always feel like u r still in school and your principal is a korean who everytime stands on your head and minding what ever u r doing.
They have no personal development programme.
They have no fun events like funday, celebrations, or any achievment party like we are habbitual as most of are from Bechtel \ Fluor.
HOD always call sir to Koreans, I think after coming to these offices they forgot that they too are HOD’s.
Well u will not feel comfortable as I heard something from my friend who was working there in Piping.
He said the management is not supportive, HR people will tell you what to do, like they can literally interfere in your personal matter. They says like from tomorrow don’t go with that person, or don’t talk with him.
Is it relates with official matter so they are involving, or we are slave so listen their bullshit noise.
The salary package is almost half then US based MNC, they will offer arround 4 LPA to 5yr experience person.
There is not specific designation, they only hire engineering background people and they only do all work like routing drafting, engineering. so some more burden on your soft shoulders. Don’t expect that u can go home at sharp 5, you need to sit for atleast one or more hour as charity. They don’t believe in Overtime, this all is for charity. If some times, you come late for half an hour, you need to ready to fill leave card(if u r 30 minute late then also). If you talk over phone, then your boss can say "cant you talk after reaching home’. If you don’t know anything and you goes to your senior to ask, they may say go and study then do your self. If you chat with your colleague then you can listen what your boss is saying, he can say DO YOUR WORK.
There are lot of things which differs CTCI to become a MNC but still its a MNC. whatever, Jai ho to its management.
