I have to share this experience with my fellow PEOPLE...n how I got conned cheated n on top of that I had to bear the brunt of bad customer service...Loop has introduced 1 on 1 offer ticket in cinemax outlets....n to my dismay I got cheated royally everytime I go there!I went early morning by 8ish the 1 time on friday to get the coupon ...no 1 was at the Loop counter...the cinemax guy told me to come after10ish since the loop guy was not available....I stay far from the infinity mall I had to goback to my house n come back again at 10ish, the loop guy told me tickets are over n didn’t seem to hear what I had to say...rude, I told the gy but to no vail...i had to buy 2 tickets...after sometime few of my friends went by 1ish to same place n got the tickets....so I ask you why was I not given when they have the tickets.....it’s just they want the people to buy 2tickets n so they make money...n this has happened not 1 or 2 at least 7times with me n my family...they issue tickets in batches n lie n say its over n poor people since they have come to see they end up buying 2....the attitude of the staff is so rude ilike they dont care or bother....i will never go to cinemax ever n my family would rather go some other place than this!!!IF BY ANY CHANCE ANY PERSON FROM CINEMAX READS THIS ...BETTER DO SOMETHING BEFORE YOU LOSE ALL YOUR CLIENTELLE
