Like any other Mumbaite, I love watching movies, especially Bollywood.
Since, I am a little Net Freak, I love to do bookings online too. The basic reason behind booking online is to save time to stand in the queue when you go to watch a movie. however, At Cinemax, this is a complete spoil Sport. If you have to book ticket at Cinemax.
Do not waste your time booking it online. Because, even after booking it online, you will have to stand in the queue to collect your ticket. Unlike Fame which has a separate Internet Booking Window, Cinemax fails in providing a better experience to the patrons who come to watch the movie. And the experience is worst when you have to stand in the queue and its raining outside.
Secondly, book only recliners as rest of the theaters(General Sitting) have an uncomfortable chairs(especially if you are tall). So, tallies, yet another disadvantage to your height.
Food: What you get is only Samosa & some stale sandwich which are again priced Exorbitant and if you ask for a Receipt, they don’t have one to give you. its not the question of Money, but about the pathetic experience that you get at such a dirty place.
I Guess the only advantage is Ticket Price & the Picture & Sound Quality.
I suggest, Cinemax should be your last resort if you are not getting to see anywhere else.
