I stayed in Mira road for 10-12 years before shifting to kandivali. I remember, I went for an evening show on the day the theatre was inaugurated. Also there was some good scheme on tickets, I don’t remember now. Theatre is located far from station. Also from the main road, it takes 10-15 mins to get there. Its that located far inside. From outside, it looks a perfect theatre.
Outside there are games for children like jumping, riding & some video games. You have to climb stairs which look great, to reach hall entrance. Hall is medium sized. Food is priced reasonable. Toilets are decorated well & clean but can’t be compared to cinemax infinity mall, which is way far better. From inside, theatre is big enough. Picture quality is good but sound could have been better as in some scenes, sound was low and in some it was high. Ticket prices are kept perfectly to its standard.
Since a new multiplex, ’rassaz cinema’ opened after sometime, which was near to station, nearby my place and also in crowded area, also ticket prices were less compared to cinemax, I preferred watching here. Though the facilities & crowd were less attractive than cinemax.
