Hello guys, I have watched few movies in Cinepolis Fun Cinemas in the city mall kota and this is my view about it.
First and foremost, the tickets were shockingly high priced for the very average experience that the hall offered. I mean, you can’t just get over with poor audio quality which the hall had when compared to other cinema halls that charge similar priced tickets for a show.
Secondly, the front row seats are unarguably unjustified for apparent reasons of sight. The rows at front are too close to the screen which results in inorganic view even though there is not much of a price difference between the class of tickets of middle seats. The hall was houseful so we had no option but to take whatever seats were available and they were in the second row from front. I don’t think I enjoyed that film which was ’3 Idiots’ by the way and my mind got itched by a severe headache by the time I was half an hour into the movie. I somehow passed the show trying not to see but hear. Then took tickets for the next day show at another hall and had to watch it again as the movie was outstanding beyond any doubt.
The problem was basically due to the small sozes of the hall which allowed less seatsif the front row were to be pushed to any normal front row seating distance.
My advice, don’t get the front seats if not available elsewhere, rather go for next day show.
