I do always prefer manjeera cinepolis instead of forum PVR. There are 2
reasons for this -
1- This is nearby my place
2- Seats are more comfortable n clean
But I have experienced worst service last Saturday . 11pm show Q7& Q8, I found seats
dirty as tomoto ketchup n popcorn were there all over the seat. I do not
usually check seat but thank god I checked it on that day using my mobile torch,
I believe they were same during my previous visits as well but I just
didn’t notice.
It took longer to find your staff, no one was inside hall or at gate that
sounds like lack of security.
Finally somehow they sent service boy to clean it and guess what he came
with some water n cloth like he is going to wash it righraway . you don’t have voccum
cleaner? How someone can sit on wet seat?
We had to move to other vacant seat where seat buttons were not working so
me n my wife along with small kid had to sit at 2 different places.
