I make these positive remarks because I believe Cingular once had extremely good customer service, particularly when BellSouth ran the operation. It is only because my issues with Cingular were so serious, and that they remained unresolved now for almost four weeks, that, as a matter of principle, I feel compelled to share my experience.
It is very difficult to believe that any company could and would conduct its business affairs so haphazardly, particularly with regard to repeated billing errors, but that indeed seems to be the case.
