I am using Citibank Cash Rewards Credit Card for one year now.
Before I write anything, I must mention that any credit card is good only if you keep a regular check on your transactions & you pay your bill on time. There is no point cursing the bank if you’re not paying your bills on time.
Ok now.having used this card for more then an year. I am satisfied & happy with my card with about 2500 of savings as cash back in a year. I’ve enjoyed free movie tickets on bookmyshow all year. I’ve had no problems in any dealing with the customer care. They were timely in replying to my emails & calls.
If you are looking for a credit card, citi can be trusted.
