May be this is just an add-on to the various reviews against the service against the card.
In one of the review found something on Citibank Suraksha scheme. I would just have been a victim of it bit narrowly escaped because of the alert by one of my colleagues.
The other one which I want to highlight here, for which I became a victim is Citialert. The company keeps sending message about the bills & their payments but also charges you for that. Though the amount charged is small, I do not want to pay for a service which is not much valuable for me.
I remember my due dates, my bill amount and have availed online internet access facility to check all these & many other details.
And when I try to deactivate this service through net, always the message is ’’Currently, I can’t do this. Please try later’’.
Of all the various cards I’ve seen I’ve never seen such a card which literally loots you by some means or other.
Just a small piece of advice to citibank card holders, “Always look carefully at your statements and take action on any thing unusual before its too late, and of course do not forget to post issues /compliments on this site for others benefit.”
