Worst Service

Worst service and poor customer understanding capabilities. They should know what the customer wants and that should be accountable for customer voices.


Every customer care representative has their own view of problems, but no one knows how to solve the problem. Please try to avoid CITI and go for other cards. Just not worth the money and services.
