I am pasting below an email from Citicard increasing limits on a cancelled card. This rascals will never cancel your card, even if you give them instruction in writing. They will make life hell for you by continuously calling you about your cancelled card. They will keep sending penalty charge statements on your cancelled card to your children long after you are dead!
