Citibank credit card tele service is mis-managed by persons who are not capable of providing quick correct service. I was given the wrong information and advice which costed me embarasment and additional expense.
This opinion is based on my experience with Citibank credit card phone service, wherein I checked to find out whether a hotel voucher was encashed and they told me that it was not paid because I did not have enough credit. So I was told to make other arrangements and so I paid by draft to the hotel concerned. When I returned from my holiday I had a Citibank Cr.Card statement stating that the payment was made to the hotel.
This is absolute nonsense and mis-management, they take service charge and not only has this caused unnecessary embarassment but I had to make double payment and not to forget unnecessary phone call expense.
