I am using this card from last 5 years. For the first 2 years I never had to use this card but since I started, I am facing problems. Using this cards certainly means nothing but a headache.
Running these kind of services might be the biggest blunder that Citi Group has ever done. Talking to Customer Service sounds like you are talking to some one from the Hindi Speaking Villager. Dont know who brought the standards down for Citi Group.
Its blody CitiBank(Worlds Top Bank) and their face(Customer Service) is like a typical hindi speaking villager from a third class village. I agree to tackle Hindi speaking customer this is Mandatory but they should be able to understand English but eeeee. I get such a creepy feeling now to talking to these moron. I am Quitting guys and I certainly wont recommend to get in this trap.
