I am a citibank Titanium card holder. There are more factors why I dislike their service.
1) They don’t have any Bank, Office or ATM in Trivandrum. Because I live in Trivandrum
2) Cheque payments are available on drop box, but it takes atleast four days.
3) Net banking is available but takes min 48 hours for payment to be reflected. Bill desk is their payment gateway. Reliance is also using Billdesk, but payment confirms within seconds. But why citibank takes 48 hours..? That is to charge fine on late payment.
4) They give one point for Rs 150. One point means one rupee. They should provide atleast five points for Rs 150 by considering the petrol price.
5) You cannot fix one particular due date. It keeps on changing every month to make confusion to its users.
6) High interest rate comparing with other credit cards.
It is good to use credit cards. But one must know how to handle the credit card, or will end up in danger. I have reviewed it well based on my experience. I am a true user and real person living in Trivandrum, Managing Director of Melody School of Music ( melodyschool.com).
