I have a Citibank Shoppers Stop Card for the last four years. I find that compared to other banks, customer care service of Citibank is pretty well informed and they can guide you properly in most instances. They also bend some rules for good customers who pay their dues regularly by the due date. There have been instances where I was unable to pay the card bill by the due date and did so 3 to 4 days later.
However, when I informed the customer care abt the problem and requested them not to levy the late payment charges, they have accepted the request without much fuss. Moreover , I received a SMS from the bank saying that the request has been accepted. Moreover the customer care nos. get connected pretty quickly compared to banks like ICICI.
The Bonus points I earn thru using the card is an added advantage when I go shopping at Shoppers Stop.
