I got a call from Citi bank.
She is Offering me Citibank reward credit card with benefits which are not displayed on internet. when I asked her about it she said that it need to be get updated. and these offers are for some IT companies only.
I agreed and submitted all documents she said you are eligible for these (reward point) card.
I submitted and got a verification call in 3-4 days,
also after 10 days I got reference no. for my application i.e. 13090222925
I have called customer care executive she said that my application is rejected.
due to some internal criteria. when I asked which criteria ? then she refuses to disclose the same....
I mean what bullshit....
I got an email from Citibank stating: "We have reviewed the application submitted by you and the documents provided. We regret our inability to process your credit card application as it does not fulfill our internal policy criteria." Don’t ever depend on these agents..... they are just there to complete their targets.... I think....
