I called them in early January regarding a missing reward check which I never requested to redeem my reward points. The check was sent in last September unexpectedly to my old address. I called twice in early and late January this year to update my address and resend the check twice.
Every time the customer service guy told me the address was updated and a check would mail to me, but they never updated the address in the profile and never send the check. Imaging how annoyed you are that you have to deal with these guys working like idiots. Finally I have to cancel this credit card and keep away from this company. The customer service is really a joke and every thing is messed up.
