Worst credit card company ever!!! go with chase, wells fargo.. anything but this card! citi charges you interest when they shouldn’t and although they will remove the charge if you call them, it’s the principle that matters and they fraud their customers. the agents also do not know what they are talking about.
For instance, I requested a line increase and was told it would not affect my score. few months later, I found out I had a hard hit on my score and an inquiry on my credit report. seriously stay away from citi cards!
