They charged late payment fee of 600/- , while I have no card statement with me I am regularly informing them that pl. send me the statement but they are not even sending on mail. Now they say that from this month you will get by courier, as a dictator they decide how the card will be sent , what will be the due date , when will they charge the late payment fee.
I am using the card for last 5 years, customer care is not doing anything , than harassing the customer.they will not give you correct answer, else will go round and round.I have stopped using the card.
