Think twice.........

With all my experience with Citibank credit cards for more than three years,


I will advise not to opt for this card. Citibank is taking their customer for granted.


You get no service updates or no scheme update nothing. What you get at the end of the month


is the monthly statement.The service is too bad. The customer services agents are very rude.


They only know to take money from you. FOr three years I had no mailer informing me of any service stopped,


or any new service started or any new schemes. Once I was told by the customer service agent to call up


and enquire about any new service or scheme’s. I had to call all


the way to their Chennai office for a complain. But surprised a rude behaviour from the customer service manager, inspite of tellin


her that I am on an STD call.
