I am a citibank platinum card holder for the last six years. For the past one year I have been struggling with them, to get my salutation changed. Despite my gender in their records being female the salutation comes as MR in my statements. I have escalated the matter and informed them about this 4 times in the last year. Despite even telling them that I would press charges of humiliation caused by repeated negligence in the matter, they still cannot resolve the matter.
After a series of incompetent managers speaking to me they emailed that the matter was resolved with my surname wrong.
Its such a sorry state of affairs at citibank, first the scam and now failing to maintain quality to people they recruit. The quality of the manpower they hire is very low, the competence level and service is so bad that I advise all not to take their cards.
My advise to them on a parting note is that I will post this matter on the net as speaking to them I have wasted time, I rather take my business elsewhere.
